Policies
Cancellation Policy :
Note : Reservations canceled within 7 days will forfeit payment. Booking cancelled more than 7 days in advance will receive 50% refund.
Weather Policy : Rescheduling
Renter will be charged a minimum of2 hours and refunded for their time remaining.
Note : LESSOR reserves the right to cancel this rental agreement due to inclement or impending bad weather. Rental fees will be prorated based on time used.
Pet Policy
Allow Pets : No
Special Policy
Note : Renter is responsible for the cost of refueling after rental. Additionally, anchors should be returned with the pontoon. Lost Anchor fee of $200 will be charged to the renter.
Late Return Policy

Late Return Policy Charges : $50.00 / 30.00 min
Note : OVERTIME rate of $50.00 per each half-hour.
Fuel Policy
Charged After at Check-out based on fuel consumed
Note : Fuel is charged after the rental at pump price.
Age Requirement Policy
Note : ALL RENTERS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE WITH A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE. ALL RENTERS UNDER THE AGE OF 35 WHO DO NOT HAVE A BOATING LICENSE MUST OBTAIN A FLORIDA BOATING TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE.<br /> <br /> This certificate can be obtained online in 20 minutes and costs $10.
